PRO Excavating & Utilities LLC provides the following services throughout Pittsburgh, the Mon Valley, Greensburg, and surrounding Western Pennsylvania areas:
All services are subject to availability, project evaluation, and execution of a written agreement or accepted estimate.
Free estimates are provided upon request and are based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final written agreement signed by both parties constitutes the binding contract for any project. Estimates may be adjusted if site conditions, project scope, or unforeseen circumstances differ from initial assessment.
Payment terms will be outlined in the written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order and signed by both parties prior to the additional work being performed. Changes may affect the project cost and timeline. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing for scope changes, unforeseen site conditions, or material cost fluctuations.
The customer agrees to:
PRO Excavating & Utilities LLC is fully licensed and insured. We follow all applicable Pennsylvania state and local safety regulations. However, the customer assumes responsibility for any hazards not disclosed prior to work commencement.
The customer is responsible for calling 811 (Pennsylvania One Call) to have utilities marked prior to excavation, unless the Company agrees in writing to coordinate this. PRO Excavating & Utilities LLC will exercise reasonable care; however, we are not liable for damage to utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRO Excavating & Utilities LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We stand behind our work. Any warranty terms will be specified in the written project agreement. In the absence of a written warranty, we will make reasonable efforts to address defects in workmanship reported within 30 days of project completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, natural events, improper use, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
PRO Excavating & Utilities LLC reserves the right to decline any project request at our discretion, including but not limited to projects that are unsafe, unpermitted, or outside our service capabilities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
